What is a user?
A user is any person who interacts with your church using My Sermon Notes.
This number will naturally change over time as members utilize My Sermon Notes. Your church’s administrator can remove people from your church directory if they are inactive.
As your church grows, we realize that you can easily cross plan thresholds. All plans have soft limits and our team may reach out to you as your church increases in members to help find the best plan. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time in the billing dashboard.
Do I have to sign a contract?
My Sermon Notes has absolutely no contracts. You can cancel at any time, even during your free trial.
What is your refund policy?
Because of our 30-day free trial, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions. If you choose to purchase an annual subscription, you may cancel at any time, but you will not get a refund for your purchase. You will keep access to My Sermon Notes until the end of your billing period.
